It’s not always easy to find spare money to donate, however it costs nothing to donate some of your time, knowledge, skills or lend someone something you own.
Something about having a fun night with the team at an auction and learn a lot more about your team members.
Something about a note about fundraising for Ukraine. Every person whose life is improved or saved, stems from an act of generosity that’s purely voluntary. That’s why donating is so important when you do it.
About
Tradify has a number of staff that grew up in eastern Europe and still have family and friends in Ukraine who are directly impacted by the war. We have decided that we’d like to personally do something to support the communities impacted by this devastating violence and the regions open to helping displaced people and we wonder if you’d like to as well.
We watched that people across the world have already donated money directly to the cause, but we wanted to see if we could come up with some more creative ways to generate more donations. We came up with an idea of a special fundraiser event, where you can donate some of your time, labour, skill or special gifts to other people and have a unifying team event where you run an auction for these items. We’re calling this fundraiser a ‘Piece of Time’ to raise money for a time of peace since we are donating our time and effort to help bring peace.
